<p>IMPORTANT: If you do not bring a side dish or dessert following your last name, it will be $5.00.</p>
<p>Last name letter starts A-M bring desserts and N-Z bring side dish.<br />
(example: my last name starts with C so I am responsible for a dessert dish)</p>
